The flowers I received did not look like the picture. I feel the product I received was not worth the price I spent.
I paid extra to have the flowers delivered at a certain time the same day, it didn't happen. I was very disappointed.
I placed my order to be delivered on 3/31/2014. The flowers were not delivered on that day and I did not receive a phone call. I called fromyouflowers to inquire about the delivery at 7 PM. Fromyouflowers contacted the florist the next day; they were closed by the time I called at 7 PM. Fromyouflowers notified me on 4/1 that the florist had not delivered the flowers because they were missing some of the flowers needed for the arrangement. I feel that they should have contacted me to let me know, and given me the option of sending something else on the day that I had specified.
I searched SEVERAL floral sites. Out of all of them, this was the easiest and most reasonably priced. I will definitely use fromyouflowers.com again!
The vase should be included in the price when picking out your bouquet. But other wise good
The delivery person had a hard time finding the correct location but after a couple of calls, he was able to make the delivery. Also, I paid an additional fee to have the flowers delivered before noon, my order was there around 1:00 but I had hoped that it would be delivered earlier in the day. The flowers were very pretty and looked fresh from the picture my daughter sent to me. I would probably use this service again.
They offered me a free shipping and that saved me $15! Yey!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
