Its nice to be able to order like this online when you can't be there to deliver it in person yourself. My mom got the flowers but she did not get the flowers in the picture of flowers that I ordered.

Delivery is sure expensive! I ordered a"Spring Bonanza" bouquet for a relative because she loves orange lilies and the order she received had NO lilies and was pink. I did get an email regarding the change in the "purple" flower selection, but nothing about not fulfilling the order.
The rep I spoke with on Friday GUARANTEED that I was going to have what I ordered delivered on Saturday. I have learned my lesson...
The shopping on the website was easy and I found what I was looking for. The normal delivery charge seemed appropriate but I paid the extra fee for next morning delivery. It was supposed to be a surprise for my daughter and son-in-law with their new baby.
An attempt was made to deliver but apparently at the wrong address. A customer service rep contacted me that nobody was at the address I gave them and they couldn't find anybody who knew my daughter and her husband although they have lived there for more than two years. I had to give them my son-in-law's phone number which spoiled the surprise. The flowers and gifts were then delivered a day late which defeated the purpose of the extra fee.
At least my daughter is happy with the flowers!
EZ + nice flowers and delivered on time and in good condition
No flowers that I wanted we're available in recipient's zip code. Of the flowers that were available, I had to order the vase separately...really? And to top it off, birthday balloons weren't an option...only smiley faces.

I was sent the picture of flower vase received. Less quantity of flowers and type of flowers which was more carnations than other type shown on line. Also vase looked pink and it was clear glass.
Overall she was happy and that is most important. Thank you.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
