I too, wish that I had checked out Site Jabber before ordering flowers from this site. WHAT A COMPLETE RIP-OFF! I ordered the premium version of a bouquet that was delivered at the last second before a funeral began. The skimpy arrangement contained wilted flowers that looked like something the grocery store would be ashamed to display. The product is so bad which makes the cost completely ridiculous. This site needs to be shut down NOW!
I dislike the fact that you can't even tell the price of purchase until all the billing info is put in.

We purchased the TeddyBear with Mylar Balloons and the recipient (a 5 year old), who had just gone through surgery was very happy and excited to receive them.

I orderd same day delivery on a Sunday. They then emailed me at 7pm and i got the email at 8pm because i was busy saying they needed more info they couldnt find the address. There was nothing wrong with the address. I know it well, i lived there almost my entire life. So. It was flowers for my moms b day. They offered to deliver it Monday. Monday? Thats not her bday. So don't i pay extra for same day delivery? It's also a sunday. Is it more then? Im not sure but i do know that i paid like 15 bux for handling... so im assuming thats it. So what, they pocket that and send the next day? Thats B/S TERRIBLE TERRIBLE COMPANY STAY AWAY... we shall see if i get my refund. If not, i will be posting again. I want people to know. I will just use proflowers.com as i usually do. They are RIDICULOUS. I took a chance one time and wasted my time and money. Over 50 bux for some flowers. THAT NEVER GOT DELIVERED.
The delivery charge indicated same day/weekend delivery, but the earliest date allowed was 1st April, which is not on the weekend. That left me confused, without any option for query.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
