Flowers were very pretty but delivered 2 days late. The flower shop claims a computer error on their end for the delay. From you flowers did refund my same day fee, upgraded my arrangement and gave me a coupon. I am overall satisfied. Just wish it delivered on time.

My order was delayed, though I'd ordered same-day shipping, which left a bad taste in my mouth at first, as a new customer; however, FYF took every step they could to rectify the situation, and upgraded my flowers. I try to send my girlfriend every now and then, as we live on opposite sides of the country. She LOVED these flowers, far more than any of the arrangements I'd sent before through other companies. Her happiness is most important to me, so I will certainly do business with FYF again.
