I ordered the Easter Flower Arrangement - Florist Designed in the regular (standard) size for my Mom. She sent me a picture of the arrangement, and I was thrilled with the HUGE, beautiful bouquet she received. She LOVED them! I had a small problem with the order, which was quickly corrected. I paid for same day, expedited delivery. I was contacted a couple hours later by both email and phone to let me know that unfortunately, the flowers could not be sent same day to the business and was offered home delivery same day or business delivery the next day. I chose next day delivery, and they were delivered without any problems. The communication and customer service was excellent, and they quickly refunded the expedited & same day delivery fees. They were very apologetic and really made an effort to try to make things right. For the little money I spent (approx. $35), the flowers my Mom received exceeded my expectations. Will shop here again and again!
I really won't know until the flowers are delivered. So far my experience was good. A little surprised at the price. Would have liked to keep my order under $50.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
