In case of an order error, I had no way to cancel my oringinal order to correct the error. I had to start all over again. You need to add a "cancel" option so that a person would'nt need to start from scratch.

The actual shopping experience online was great. The flowers I wanted were easy to find and I loved the arrangement options. The price was better than most other places and I was pretty excited about the order.
I was disappointed that not only did my order go out a day late, but that while Customer Service did respond twice, they never were able to confirm that the flowers were received. I know that FromYouFlowers deals with local florists, but I don't know why there was such a delay and I'm disappointed in how that was handled.

The flowers were not delivered within the time frame specified on the site. I paid extra to have them delivered the same day within 4 hours. The flowers were not delivered for 6 hours, which is probably what it would normally have taken. The picture of the bouquet indicated red roses, when in fact dyed white roses were delivered. The bouquet looked tired.
I appreciate the fact you came back and waived the handling fee.
Easy to follow directions
Price was fairly decent for one-day delivery, my mom loved the flowers. They were delivered on time, so I have no complaints.
