I paid extra to have them delivered by noon. They were delivered 2 hours late. They had to substitute flowers and it just didn't look the same.

Your questions are to generic without proper response. I talked with customer service and she was helpful, but I don't have an answer to my question. The flowers were left without notification to the person that I sent them to. I called the person that I sent them to. I asked if she had received my flowers and she said no. My email said that they had been delivered. At 9:45PM I had her check her front door and the flowers were there. I gave her phone number when I ordered. This the second time that this happened, but the first time the flowers came by mail. I was surprised by that purchase. I had used this flower service and flowers had always been delivered.

I wish the $14.99 service charge had been disclosed right away. Also, I am sending this to my daughter at work and they CLOSE at 3:30 p.m. on Friday - PLEASE make sure it is delivered before close of business.

I can't really comment on the quality of the order because they were delivered as a gift to someone and I did not actually see the arrangement. She said they were "pretty." The delivery DID get there before noon, which was much appreciated due to her hours.

Overall, a reasonably good experience for a last minute order long distance.

A lot of service fees. Price ends up a lot more than when you pick your product. Maybe you could just add that to the price so you know how much before you go thru the whole process.
