Didnt like delivery and handling charges, that were a deal breaker. Ur email back saying they were waived saved the purchase for you. Dont like extra charges to get flowers there next day, then extra charge to get them there by noon!
The flowers were very nice. Wanted them to be a surprise for a sick lady friend. I had to tell her they were coming as she was going to go to bed early. Glad she got them, they were nice but process could have alot easier. Thanks 4 listening. God bless...

Update: the flowers and container delivered did not look like what was advertised, so I was disappointed.
You system, in american terms, 'sucks'
First, your 'billin information' only covers US without offering worldwide countries, at the least.
Secondly. You add a service handling charge that is, i presume, mentioned soewhere, but is so obscure as not to be apparent until you go to pay. Outside the US, this would be seen as deception
I cant review how efficient you are with delivery, as i have only just ordered, but given the use of the site so far, i dont hold out much hope. Goodness knows why flowers in the US are so expensive... almost daylight robbery.

Service and handling fee was not evident until completing order. Revising delivery zip code not easily done at checkout. Had to 'go back', unless I missed something and you could revise at c/o.

Discount codes are not very usable. You should disclose the cost of s&h plus tax before payment info is taken. I have had problems with the quality of the bouquets you have delivered in the past. At $140 i hope their wont be any issues with the quality of the flowers delivered. If these bouquets are not up to my expectation (image on website) then this will definitely be the last time i use your service.
