The delivery/handling fee should be added earlier in the shopping process on the order total so you know the total cost before the last screen. I do not dispute the fee, just the surprising way it suddenly shows up at the end of the ordering process.

My client was very pleased with her flowers and candy, however, the picture she sent me of the flowers did not represent the item that I purchased on line. I feel like I got duped. I picked the item because of the realy cute wooden box it was in. The picture I received was of a cheep white basket. I should of been inform about the change. I feel like it was the ole "bait n switch" routine.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
