I was very happy with this arrangement. Very colorful and cheerful.

The main flowers in the arrangement were good, but it looked like some of the fillers were already drooping when they were received.
Although I declined to pay a premium for morning delivery, I was disappointed that delivery was only made at 6 PM.
I also felt misled during the order process and surprised by the high amount for service/processing that was charged, which nearly caused me to cancel the order and seek another vendor, which I will do in the future.
Great website very easy to navigate. Order was not received on the delivery date. The first customer service agent was pleasant and helpful and offered to upgrade my order for the inconvenience. As long as I received the order early the following day I would have been completely satisfied. The following morning I was contacted by another customer service rep to discuss if I had received the order(which I had not). After two more calls I learned the only way I could get the order was to drive 30 miles each way and pick it up because the florist could not deliver it that day, however the cost remained the same and the customer service rep seem unconcerned about the issue. The florist didn't have the exact flowers or wristlet so made something with what she had.
The service fee is always a surprise. Including that up front would provide more clarity in the prices.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
