My order was delivered, but just in time before the service started; that's a bit too close. I understand you had problems and I appreciated someone calling me and letting me know. The Peace Lily that was delivered was nice but some of the blooms had wilted a little.
That's why I gave you a four-star rating. I also apologize for not giving you more lead time, which may have resulted in a better outcome.

It was quick and easy to order - I'm hoping the flowers that are delivered look like what I ordered. Talked to my sister when she got the flowers - she said they were beautiful and the only thing that wasn't as it was in the picture was there wasn't a bow.

I had ordered flowers for two former co-workers for Admin. Professionals Day and both were to be delivered on the same day. Only one order made it that day. When I inquired about the other order I got a quick response from the customer service team indicating that they were not delivered but they will arrange for it to be delivered ASAP with a note to the receiver apologizing for the delay. I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer service I received. They followed up to all my inquiries in a timely matter and even called me to apologize for the delay. Flowers were beautiful and the recipients were satisfied and happy to receive such beautiful flowers.

I used to be very happy with previous orders that were always on time. This last experience I had was not so good because I paid for the flowers to be delivered on the birthday of someone and they got there the next day and I was not notified until I called customer service. The customer service attendant was very polite and apologized for the issue and gave a 10 dollar discount on future ordersâ
Just a bit disappointed that the flowers yhat were sent did not look like the picture. For $100.00 I expected a bit more...
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
