I was disappointed when the basket I ordered did not show up either for the viewing or funeral. I received an e-mail that confirmed delivery, so I contacted customer service. Turns out order never did go out at all - you may want to check with florist for sure before sending a delivery confirmation. They checked it out, found the problem and were able to deliver it to the family home.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
