Recipient said flowers were gorgeous, and she had never seen that color lily before.
I was surprised by the handling charge not mentioned until the end of the transaction after all the work was done. Not pleased with that!but the delivered product was better tha the one shown. It was for my daughter. She was pleased.

I didn't appreciate the $15 added on at the very end for a 'handling/service' fee. Also, the chocolate that was included was a $3.00 bag of Hershey's. For a $10 add-on, I was hoping for something boxed (even a 4-piece would have been classier).
