An email after ordering would have been better to keep me informed of the order and it's dispatch or it's estimated delivery time.
The issue I have has nothing to do with your customer service, delivery time or the quality of the flower arrangement. However, when I received confirmation that the flowers were delivered, the florist told customer service that they were delivered and received by one of the recipients. That was not true. Evidently, when the delivery person arrived at the house, someone was home but must not have heard the knock or doorbell. So, the delivery person left a note in their mailbox that he left the arrangement with a neighbor. The recipients had already picked up the mail for the day so they didn't see the note until the next morning. By then, the neighbors were gone for the day so the anniversary couple received the flowers one day later than their special day. Please let these delivery folks know, that if they leave a note, not to put it in the mailbox. Maybe, in the door so it's seen sooner. Thank you and, yes, I would use your service again.

Arrived around 4pm (5pm was the cut off). I would have liked it to arrive earlier in the day for the person to enjoy throughout the day. Still, I'm glad it arrived and the recipient said she really liked the flowers so it all worked out well.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
