I was happy with the price until I was ready to submit and find the "SURPRISE" Shipping and handling fee of $15. It would be nice if you spelled that out and the S & H fee was less. Because of the super high price just for S & H I will probably use a different website in the future. Thank you!

So far my experience has been great! I would suggest showing the handling fee up front with the other charges, but my I ordered my flowers at 1:30 am from Florida, and at 9 in the morning she had them in Indiana. They looked gorgeous! I am greatly pleased, and will most likely order from you again! :D
