I was very upset that I paid an expedited service charge to get my order to my husband before noon. I called representatives and they contacted the shop that was going to deliver to my husband and he lied. You all were told that he tried to deliver the item but no one would sign off on the arrangement. When my husband finally got his order, the deliverer told my husband he didn't know what base to go to and that he couldn't get on base at all. So my husband had to leave work to get his gift. The shop you guys chose to deliver my gift lied to you all and I paid money that wasn't fulfilled to my standards. I'm very upset. Why would you choose someone who cannot get onto a military base?
I used your 15 dollar discount card only to find that the 15 dollars was charged back by "shipping and handling". So I didn't save at all!

Easy and smoothed
Well, The ordering process went fairly well. One thing I would like to suggest...An option to change your mind on the Flowers once you have completed the whole order. I had to start over from the beginning... Other than that, my experience was A+ all the way from start to finish. Thank you for a Great Online Company and Service!

Easy to use especially when sending from Australia
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
