Frankly, it is a little early to determine whether I would purchase again, as I do not have "the results" of my purchase. - I now know that my family received the flowers in a timely fashion. I was sent a picture of the arrangement, but it looks somewhat different than what I ordered. It does not look to be quite as large/full as I expected, either. I am hesitant to complain, because I am basing this observation on a picture taken by a cell phone and emailed. I do feel, however, that the price I paid was a little steep when compared with the product/service I received.
Fast and efficient. However, last minute substitution of carnations to mini carns did not sit well with me. Arrangement looked pretty sparse especially for the amount of money I paid.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
