I placed my order. Delivery for the next day. The next day at 2:00 pm I received a telephone call that what I ordered which was a fruit and food basket for a 91 yr. Old birthday. That they didn't have any. Not any type of basket after all the pictures I saw. They offered a substitute for flowers. The order couldn't be delivered until the following day. The day after her birthday. I was very upset and so was my birthday lady.

The add on fees will stop me from buying from you in the future. The size of the flowers and the look of the flowers that I received and paid extra to get the deluxe flowers we're very disappointing. I could have got a better arrangement at Walmart for $15.00. They didn't have any baby breath, the flowers were real small and the arrangement overall was extremely plain, especially for $83.00.
