OK. Don't like the 14.99 charge. My local florist only adds $5.99. I sent them to a patient in a PT rehab Assisted Living Center, which is on lockdown so I cannot see the flowers myself. She was delighted, however, both by the roses in the arrangement, and their lovely colors.

However, I Believe there was a mixup. My friend received the flowers on Monday, March 9th instead of March 16th (a week early).
Love the ease of use, choices and previous service and product I have ordered, this flower delivery looks very small and not like the picture, I believe I ordered the middle size, not as happy with product this time,looks like someone just threw flowers in a vase, not very happy!
The flowers i picked and what was delivered looked cheap and nothing like the picture! It was delivered at almost 8 at night. The florest you picked for this did not do a good job and im am unhappy with the turn out. For 48 dollars it should of looked way better. I have the picture of what was given if you would like to see.

The proof is upon delivery for optimum satisfaction. First I received response day after supposed delivery to confirm, but found out delivery wasn't until 2 days later, when the receiptient received phone call from delivery at 2p stating they had a delivery for her. She wasn't there to accept, but was able to buzz in from her phone. The proof will be the actual product when the intended party actually confirms that even though they were delayed that they are beautiful. Pricing a little cheaper than ftd but not reliable enough for future purchase. Maybe will try later given more time for delivery. Not money well saved!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
