Lots of choices and good feedback helped me to decide to go with your company the florist that actually made the arrangement did not have the tea cup - it was disappointing since that is what I wanted for the person I was ordering for. The person who received the flowers loved the arrangement especially the pink roses and didn't know it was suppose to be in a tea cup.
I had them delivered to my friend in Valdez, Alaska which is not an easy task as there is only one place to buy flowers in this remote town. Thank you!

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
