Everything was perfect except for the false email that I received that my flowers were delivered which they were not, this gave me a full-blown panic attack! This really needs to be fixed.

I placed 3 orders for same day delivery. Order #1 was delivered in a timely fashion. The product received beared no resemblance to the product ordered and was a disappointment. I appreciated the quick response and adjustment made. Order #2 was delivered timely as well. The arrangement was very different than what was shown on line, but with comparable quality and product. Order #3 was never delivered and by 9pm, I cancelled that order.
The flowers delivered were a 1/3rd of the size of the ones I ordered. I paid for the most expensive size and don't feel that is what was delivered
The flowers received looked nothing like the ones ordered. I specifically ordered purple flowers as that is her favorite color, and there we NO purple flowers in the arrangement.
