The site is somewhat dubious. Initially, only the discount is promoted. By the time you check out the "hidden fees" and service charges are piled on. It seems somewhat deceptive to me. Why don't you lay out all the charges from the get-go. I doubt if I'll use your company again.

I ordered two separate arrangements to be delivered to the same place on two consecutive days. The first arrived on time and was beautiful. The second was to be delivered the next day before 10:30am but was delayed due to bad weather. I was not informed of this until I called to say they had not arrived. The weather was beyond anyones control but the customer service sounded like they really didn't care. The flowers were for a wedding that day in the hospital chapel for a nephew diagnosed with terminal cancer so delivery the following day did no good. When they did arrive they were brown, moldy and smelled horrible. I asked to speak to a supervisor but never got to. It would have been nice if they had sounded like they cared at all. I won't order from them again unless it is absolutely necessary.

I sent the flowers to my wife while I am in Japan. I haven't seen the flowers, only a picture. The flowers were closed up or something but they were not open and fully bloomed like the picture on the website. Not sure what the situation was, just haven't been able to see the entire product.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
