There were a couple issues with delivery into the location and then having the flowers at the florist. But overall the communication from YouFlowers was EXCELLENT and the flowers I'm told from Mom were beautiful!
I had a difficult time finding flowers that matched my budget and being able to see an actual arrangement for that price would have been nice instead of just hoping you put together a great arrangement.
Delivery Fee is too high.
I requested for early delivery and the balloons were sent after the party was over. The delivery was much too late!
Your website is easy and well-thought out. I would have liked to know earlier how much the delivery fee was rather than almost after the fact but otherwise it was a great experience and your flower arrangements are great. I especially liked being able to choose the fullness of the flower arrangement!
The flowers were beautiful and the delivery time was ideal. The vase was nice alos. My concern was the delivery charge. It seemed to be very high considering. However overall, I was satisfied with the presentation.
