Called this morning and talked to Mathew. Informed him how happy the person was to receive the flowers. I got a text with picture of my friend smiling ear to ear. Great service, delivered in about 2 hours to California. Didn't have the balloons I wanted but I was called and they added more flowers instead to get the flowers there on time. Great customer service. Went above what I was expecting.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
