I didn't like the fact that I couldn't go back in to change my order without starting the order all over again. That was annoying. But whatever.
The only reason I purchased today was because I had a gift certificate from a botched job before. I sent flowers to my best friend for her birthday, and she didn't get them. When I contacted from you flowers, I was given a gift certificate for LESS than what I had paid for her flowers (I couldn't get a redelivery or just a refund, I asked). They were delivered somewhere, but not to her. I do not find this to be acceptable.
I am skeptical about whether or not these flowers will get to my grandmother, but I wasted a bunch of money before so I might as well get something out of it with the gift certificate.
So far so good, lets see when the flowers get delivered and in what condition they get delievered! :)
UPDATE: The friend was extremely happy and proud when she saw the flowers and balloons on her doorstep when she came back from the hospital, so the timing was perfect. The only minor complaint that I have is that the balloons I chose were "NEW BABY GIRL" and the "CONGRATULATIONS" card, but she received both things with "CONGRATULATIONS". Other than that all was well. Will surely try the site again. :) Thanks.
Great selection of flowers. Glad you offer next day delivery. Seemed like the flowers were more "deluxe" rather than the Premium that we paid extra for.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
