I was very pleased that you emailed me, waving the service/handling fee of 14.99.
I must admit that I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I know that when shown in isolation it's hard to tell what the size actually is. However, I assumed it would be the "typical" size of what I have seen and ordered in the past for such occasions. I really don't feel the money paid for the arrangement matched the actual product.

It was suppose to be delivery on 7/23/14. Got a email that it will be delivery on 7/24/14 with an upgrade called in afternoon said it will be delivery between 4:30 -5:00. Called customer service 3rd time at 6:00 still not delivered now they said it was out for deliver. She received the around 6:30.

Product that was delivered was not exactly as ordered. Customer service team responded quickly and I appreciated them stepping right in to help.
The flowers looked nothing like the photo, the color of the roses and the color of the vase were not pink. Very disappointed for $65.00 Wont use or recommend you
