I was very pleased that you emailed me, waving the service/handling fee of 14.99.
I must admit that I was disappointed in the size of the arrangement. I know that when shown in isolation it's hard to tell what the size actually is. However, I assumed it would be the "typical" size of what I have seen and ordered in the past for such occasions. I really don't feel the money paid for the arrangement matched the actual product.

It was suppose to be delivery on 7/23/14. Got a email that it will be delivery on 7/24/14 with an upgrade called in afternoon said it will be delivery between 4:30 -5:00. Called customer service 3rd time at 6:00 still not delivered now they said it was out for deliver. She received the around 6:30.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
