I was so appreciative of the staff that called me when there was some difficulty for the delivery person at the address where the flowers were to be delivered. I was grateful for the phone call and the patience of the staff to ensure the flowers were delivered to my daughter's residence in New York. I felt very helpless being thousands of miles away in Canada and was relieved to hear that the delivery person waited until the confusion was sorted out. Thank-you!

I was hopeful after looking at the options online and appreciated how easy the site was to use, however the florist did NOT get the flowers to my mother before noon (an expedited option I paid for) and the flowers looked absolutely NOTHING like the picture I ordered. I realize I requested the standard option which indicated my mother would receive what was pictured online but in a smaller presentation, however when my mom sent me a picture the blossoms weren't even the same type/colors as what I chose and the vase was poorly wrapped! Furthermore, the florist called my mother and had her meet at a GAS STATION to pick up the flowers instead of delivering it to her door. It's hard for me to get gifts to my mom from states away and this is an option I don't think I can use anymore.

Easy and painless so far. Hopefully this remains this way. I will wait to hear from my sister regarding this order and how happy she is with what I have ordered. She received the order very quickly. As I ordered these flowers sight unseen from a picture I was very impressed with what she was delivered. Everything matched, flowers, ribbons and even the balloon and anyone that knows me knows that is something I strive for in my everyday life. Everything has to match, it's just the way I am. Also, just as an FYI for anyone that will be reading this, I ordered these on line from Canada and they were delivered to my sister in Florida.
