First and last time ordering from this company. I should have read the fine print better. Pictures are of larger arrangements and substitutions may be made. I would have been better to go to my local grocery store.
Nice selection of gifts and plants. Prompt service, and customer service was very helpful and polite. (I needed to have the gift placed in a certain area) I'd order from them again for certain.
Thank you for making everything so easy. However I was very upset with the size of the bouquet for the price I paid. I have been to other shops and got much bigger and more beautiful than this sick looking thing.

There was a delivery issue & the flowers were delivered a day late!
I ordered a vase of lilies. They arrived to my sister as a vase if unopened buds and greenery. Not one flower in the entire bouquet. Just green. After emailing them they replied that the flowers are shipped straight from the grower and the buds would open in 2-4 days (which they did) but no where in the item description does it say that or that there will be no flowers on display upon arrival. Future customers just be warned if your wanting a bouquet of beautiful stunning flowers to brighten someone's day a a major surgery. They have the promise of that but not upon arrival.
Paid extra for same day delivery and didn't received it. Then when it was received it was smaller than expected. They refund the money as a credit to there store which I won't use again. Feels like a scam. The credit should have gone back to my card.
I will tell you after I get the refund owed due to late delivery.
MY FRIEND WAS LEFT SPEECHLESS. BUT I HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE FLORAL MARKET AND IT WAS OBVIOS TO THE EYE THOSE ARE 3-5 DAY FLOWERS NOT 7-10. I BELIEVE THE BALL WAS DROPPED WITH THE FLORIST THAT PUT THE ARRANGEMENT TOGETHER.
OK, except service/handling fee doesn't show up until the very last thing.
After delivery: There were 3 sizes available. I chose the largest one. What was at the funeral home was nice, but it wasn't very large!
I ordered a premium flower arrangement and sent to a friend as a thank you. What she recieved was nothing like what was pictured on the website that I ordered and it was by no means a full arrangement. I was very disappointed. I also ordered a small fancy box of chocolates and my friend recieved Russell Stovers candy. Russell Stovers is a bottom of the line chocolate and I was expecting Godiva Chocolate or at the very least See's Candies for that price. Again very disappointing! When I called to share with the company what my friend order I recieved awful customer service even though the rep was reading from a script he was still rude and tried to get me off the phone twice without my satisfation complete and even put me on hold to see if the flowers could be redelivered by a different florist when I clearly told him that I did not want that to be done. He finally offered me a full refund and when I asked him how the situation would be resolved on his end within his company so I could feel confident in ordering from them again and he only told me they would call the florist and speak with them about their lack of quality. I felt like the answer he gave me was another way to please me and get me off the phone. I then asked to speak to a supervisor about his lack of customer service. She ended up giving me a $50 credit towards another purchase but told her if I ordered a $50 arrangement to be delivered my only assurance would be that the customer would recieve a $20 to $30 arrangement so she up'ed my credit to $70. I told her that still would be no guarantee I would order from them again. I was still disappointed in the flowers, candy, and the customer service that was dellivered. I would not recommend fromyouflowers to anyone!
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
