The price point you can't beat. Only issue was that I paid an extra fee for them to arrive at the latest 12pm noon and they didn't get delivered until 3:30. But overall great experience.
I used this website to order flowers (for out of town delivery) because they claimed to provide "same day delivery" if order was placed by 3:00 PM. I placed my order by 12:00 noon on Saturday. I wanted the flowers to be delivered sometime that same weekend since they were for my son's fiance who was just coming home from the hospital. The website was easy to use and I placed the order with no issues. However, shortly after I submitted my payment information, I was contacted by customer service and told that they could not be delivered on Sunday, but they would be delivered Saturday instead. OK, no problem, even better. A few hours later, I got another call stating that they could NOT be delivered on Saturday either and would have to wait until Monday. I was not happy at all since I paid a $14.99 delivery fee for a rush order. I contacted customer service and was told there was nothing they could do about the delivery time OR the $14.99 delivery fee. They gave me a $10 email gift card for a future order. I doubt it will ever get used, as I am reluctant to use this website again.
One positive, the customer service woman was polite and did try to resolve the issue, but in the end, there was nothing she could do. So much for my "rush order"/same day delivery. Next time, I will look up a local florist and call them directly.
It was very easy to shop, but now waiting to see the product! Flowers arrived they were sent to a friend for her Birthday, so I only got to see a picture that she texted to me. She was very happy and surprised and said they were pretty, but from what I can tell from the picture they were not as pretty as the ones I saw on the website. Kinda disappointed was hoping they were going to look as nice and pretty as the website.

I am aggravated that at the check-out there is an unexpected not previously mentioned $14.99 handling fee. After I picked out what I wanted -wrote the card etc. I don't want to go through it on another site-so I feel suckered-I bought the flowers this time but I won't be back. If I had another $15 to spend I would have gotten bigger flowers-it just is wrong in my opinion. I picked this site because of the price of the flowers but when you add the fee I am not getting any kind of deal at all. Just be honest about the fee and make it obvious before you take my credit card info.
The price doubled just by a click. There is no warning for the shipping charge. It would be nice to see that upfront.

The delivery was supposed to come Saturday but didn't come until Monday. Unacceptable in my view. The site did credit me 30% and give me a $20 gift card, which I appreciated.

I will have a better idea of how to rate when she sends me a picture of what she actually receives. The websites always look great, but ordering so far is easy and user friendly. The bouquet was smaller than I thought it was going to be with 3 roses with one sprig of what was shown on line and one sprig of another white flower, not really an "arrangement", just put on a vase with a bow. As I thought, the picture online looks nicer than what you get. She was grateful to receive them.
Delivery was within the time frame given. Flowers were beautiful and what I was expecting. Overall satisfied especially since I was ordering out of state for my mothers birthday.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
