Wasn't impressed with the arrangement I sent to my friend. Really expected beautiful flowers for my best friend since she got brain surgery, they looked a bit old when she received them. She was totally satisfied so I guess that's all that matters but I just expected them to look a little more fresh.

You should tell about the delivery fee BEFORE I go through all the trouble of ordering and filling out info. Delivery should be included in the price or not charged at all.
After seeing the actual product that was delivered, I am even more angry than before. The flowers looked AWFUL! They were sparse and half wilted, and they used the cheapest they had. I expected a much prettier array of flowers. They weren't even arranged nicely, just shoved into the vase in bunches.
Easy to follow steps and web design is very pleasing to the eye.
