The flowers delivered were okay but greatly paled compared to the picture shown of what I ordered. The received arrangement was nowhere near as full or colorful. My pic online showed lots of bright pink & the ones received were more dull orange

Too many fees added onto the order at the end - purchased anyway because i took the time to create the order, but wasn't aware of the 'handling' fee until the end - thats after the same day delivery fee and within 4 hour fee - ridiculous

I had problems placing an earlier order and you gave me a gift certificate. Thank you for doing that - I thought that was a very customer friendly thing to do. On my recent order, I didn't realize I had to apply the gift certificate at the end of the order, I tried to enter it as a discount first, but then as I got farther down in the order process, I saw I was able to enter the code near the end. The recipient said the bouquet was beautiful. Thank you again for your prompt and courteous service. I will certainly order from you again.
