The flowers were good not great and the box of chocolates were actually a 3$ box of truffles I could have saved a bunch by getting at walmart. The large size bear was medium at best.
You had a good varity of items...maybe add a military discount in there too :)
Several of the flowers were wilted. The flowers were not sent with the water stems on them. The teddy bear that came with the flowers looked like it had been crammed into the box on top of the flowers and crushed them. Also there is no indicator on the box of which side is up, so they were delivered and set on a counter up side down. Very dissatisfied with the packaging and overall look of the flowers.

Shipping fees are high
The amount of flowers my recipient received for the price I paid was not equitable. I was disappointed to say the least. The selection of flowers weren't as bright as I would have liked.
It was very easy and did not take me hardly any tine to submit an order. Very convenient and amazing quality. My order was a whole day late. They evidently added to my bouquet to make up for the late delivery, but I did not see the flowers and so do not know what upgrades they made to it. I will use them in the future, but only when orders are not time sensitive.

The ordering experience was great. I was disappointed in that I paid an extra $4 to have the flowers delivered within 4 hours and they didn't end up being delivered until almost 6 hours after order. I was almost home from work before they were delivered. The flowers themselves were beautiful and my wife loved them. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
