However,you're asking me about my order that I sent to a sick cousin. I have no idea what it eventually looked like or if my cousin was pleased. Have not heard from her yet. So your survey shouldn't presume I sent the flowers to myself.

I thought I was paying less than 59.99. Did I misread the price? I was afraid to back click to check.
I went online to check my delivery. The computer didn't recognize my order number, so I had to call. They told me they didn't know if my flowers had been delivered or what time they would arrive. I really wanted to know what time they were arriving. Also, the prices are misleading until you get to the final payment page then all the extra charges appear. But, the flowers did arrive on the correct day and I was told they looked good.
I had to put this order in four or five times and found that every time I used the Paypal it would kick out any discounts. When I put in the credit card directly, it finally worked. Very frustrating!

The discount is a little misleading. If your banner says 20% and then there's a listed price, it should clearly state that the discount is already applied. If you select something that is 31.99, you expect to get the discount off of that rate... by the time you've entered all your information, it is made apparent that the discount was already taken prior to your selection. Since you've already gone through the trouble, you order anyways... which is probably your gimmick in the first place. Disappointing.

I order the arrangement for a neighbor whom lost his father. They were very pleased with the arrangement. Said that it was beautiful.
Paid extra for same day delivery but plant wasn't delivered until the following day.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
