The selection was amazing! The prices were great! The entire process was a wonderful experience.
I used your service once before and didnt get the amount of flowers I paid for. This time the flowers were deliver a day late, and the flowers were beautiful but to many flowers were packed in vase that was to small.When you pay for something you want it right.

I just used this site for the first time. The ordering was easy and the delivery was super fast. I order flowers often, for my both office events and my personal events I am very happy to have a new site to go to!
Felt the prices were a little high for what you actually get.
Delivery was a day later than requested and confirmed. Called late on scheduled date and was told flowers were out for delivery. Called at noon the next day and was told they were delivered, but weren't. Flowers finally arrived about 5 pm that second day, a day after birthday 'surprise'.

The flowers arrived on time. They were wrapped securely and arrived in beautiful condition. They have lasted well, and look beautiful!
The flowers were left on the porch in the sun in 80 degree weather. A voicemail was left with me (which I received 30 minutes later), so I had to drive to my friends house to get the flowers for her, so they wouldn't be completely ruined. Another florist was waiting there to deliver a plant, which I accepted on behalf of my friend, and the florist said she would definitely call about those flowers to either be replaced or completely refunded because a florist should not leave a delivery unless given permission. After contacting from you flowers, they only offered 25% back and an apology from the florist. It was a total of $70 I spent with s&H and taxes. I am very disappointed by this service and will not use them again.
Until I have my delivery made it's impossible to fully rate your service.
