Good experience, no hassle!
**Flowers were delivered a day early. I requested a Wednesday delivery, and they were delivered Tuesday... Some things are nice early, but this was for a certain occasion and I WANTED it delivered the day I requested.**
I don't particularly like the fact that the pictures are of an upgraded deluxe model, while the price is listed as the regular (which they don't even have a picture of). I feel like it's not the best sales practice, and felt somewhat jaded when I got to the purchasing screen. I would be happy to pay whatever prices, just be up front about it and not trying to sucker people into paying more.
Not exactly what I expected... Looks bigger online. "Delux" says it will try to get it to look like the pic online... But it was a lot smaller in person

The total price was a good 20$ more than the listed price which is kind of frustrating. Plus I had my order expidited and it was suppose to arrive before noon and didn't get there till 2 after my gf had already left.

UPDATE: I received an email from FromYouFlowers.com saying they were sorry for the issues I had so I went ahead and ordered and it was not a problem. The flowers were delivered on time and my mom really has been enjoying them. Thank you for your customer service follow up!

I love Fromyouflowers.com, will definitely shop with you again. However, this time the local florist would not deliver until they got confirmation of the recipient being at home. I didn't provide the recipient's telephone number when I placed the order, because I wanted it to be a surprise, so I provided my number instead-I got 5 phone calls from the local florist asking if the recipient was home before they would go out to deliver, finally I was home to answer their call and I told them it was okay to leave the flowers on the front door if they didn't find anyone home. Needless to say, the flowers didn't get delivered on the promised date, they were delivered the day after.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
