I couldn't find an option

I couldn't find an option - time of delivery,I'd like that. Neither could I find a comment field to accompany the order. An email w picture of the arrangement that has been delivered would be nice. The recipient was happy w her flowers though I have no idea what she received.

The delivery was on time, but sad to say my message was completely disregarded. It was not added in the delivery and the flowers were not exactly like the photo online, but overall the delivery was made and the person who received was happy.

I ordered flowers,balloons, and a 10.00 box of chocolates online totaling out to around 60.00 at 10pmish on 9/14 with express delivery being a extra 4.99 to be delivered before 12pm on 9/15 I called on 9/15 because around 11am I had not heard anything from the friend I ordered them for. I was then told they were working on them and would be there later on in the day that the florist was not going to be able to make the 12pm deadline, I said "ok" and she said they would refund me back the 4.99 for express fee. I received a call later on that day around 3ish that they weren't going to make it at all on 9/15 Being that I already ordered and had a friend knowing something was coming to her I did not cancel. After all they were for my best friend on her 35th birthday. I called again on 9/16 to make sure they were taking them I was told florist still working on getting them out that day at 10amish I received a phone call from her on 9/16 at 12 saying thank you so much but question where did you order these from and how? Florist put happy Anniversary when I clearly stated it was a friends 35th birthday then whom ever delivered them left the flowers in the rain on the front porch as it was raining very hard and the flower's had brown spots around some of the petals and leafs,also the box they came with after the rain set in and became like crumbled paper which I had thought came with a free vase but it was more like a free purple box. I am very upset. My overall experience was very disappointing. I have ordered flowers online before and this was by far the worst experience ever! How do you cheer a good friend up on their birthday when this is the type of service you receive?

My order had an issue with the delivery date. A representative contacted me immediately and explained what they could do to rectify it. The company went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even when the delivery issue wad out of their hands! Great customer service, highly recommended!
