David er service agent was very helpful. Paid for expedited shipping. Item did not arrive until after or very near the latest estimated delivery time. The recipient left work slightly early and due to delivery not being fast as expected, did not receive them until the next day.
Your site is misleading. Telling me at the end that there is a $14.99 service fee is wrong. Should have been upfront. Hopefully the flowers will be so nice that I will use you again anyway.
