I ordered the flowers and wanted the bigger option for my friend in the hospital. For the price, I had expected it to be bigger. I visited her and she pointed them out to me. I would have expected to pay at least 1/2 the price for what she got. They were beautiful, just not 60.00.

As I looked at the flowers to order it said $23.99 but then when I went to order I had to get the deluxe arrangement for $39 plus delivery charges brought it up to nearly $50. But it was worth it to send these lovely flowers to someone I cared about.

Delivered one full day later and received a mail stating it has been delivered the right day.
The site kept timing out. I had to bring up the web page 4 different times to complete my order. When it did go through, it took me clicking on the "submit order" button another 3 times before it worked. The whole process was very slow. The $14.99 handling fee is outrageous, seeing how someone in my local area will be doing the delivery. Next time I will probably just pay someone local to do the whole order instead.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
