For the price ($60) and the Prem selection, the flowers were wimpy and embarrassing. I'll pick 1800 flowers next time.
I used fromyouflowers.com to send flowers to my husband on his birthday and it was the 1st time ever that I usb online service for this purpose and was very relunctant but I was really happy that I did. As these guys did an awesome job. The flower arrangement was awesome and they were fresh and we're hand delivered on time. My husband and the whole office people loved it.
I would recommend them to everyone.It was easyto odrer and very quick service.
I checked all the boxes on the premise that the flowers were delivered on time and were satisfactory. I have not heard from the recipient who lives in another city.

Your website is a little hard to use. I was disappointed that I ordered the basic flower order and when it came time to check out they had the next price one picked. I tried to change it but it wouldn't change. After trying to place the order 3 times, I just left it. Bummer!
This is my second time using fromyouflowers. Fantastic company you won't go wrong!
Ordered for same day delivery, but not received same day to meet my daughter's return from hospital. Sent email complaining, and recd apology fairly quickly also saying same day fee would be credited. Recd phone call the next morning, reaffirming credit and free upgrade of the bouquet received. Now I have an email from you saying that the credit is only good for 2 weeks against another purchase. I purchased and confirmed a same day delivery because I could not be there when my daughter was released from hospital, and that didn't happen. Upgrade doesn't compensate for the lack of that. I'll pursue a permanent same day credit separately.

However, after contacting the customer service department with my issue, I have had nothing but "top of the line" treatment. The customer service department is outstanding and friendly which made this experience less disappointing in the end...

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
