Easy and the flowers are always fresh and beautiful. Just wished the delivery charges were not so high, I would send more flowers but when the delivery cost is almost as much as the cost of the flowers it makes sense to send money to a neighbor or friend in the area and have them deliver the bouquet.
Real bad quality flowers.
I immediately wrote our prior response right after ordering online - it doesn't apply now! It was not delivered same day, it was late the next day. You won't state company name when phoning to tell us you won't be delivering, you block your phone # - we refuse blocked numbers for obvious reasons and especially during a political season. Email you sent went to our JUNK - still wondering why that is. We are infuriated! You offered $10 upgrade for our loss, we took $10 off of bill. From picture taken of item sent, you took $10 worth of the product out to compensate your business! AWFUL!
We will never use your site again and we have told as many people about our experience as we can! We would never want someone to experience the frustration and disappointment that we did the other day. You could really have something great here - but you do not!

I was unable to find out who the actual merchant was that was used for the deliver. I was given a between 10 and 5 window for delivery and the delivery was made LATE in that window. Needless to say, that was very frustrating. The price was good and I have gotten a credit for my next purchase, but the frustration of not knowing what the delivery progress was may discourage me from purchasing from this service in the future.

I find it annoying that you cannot use multiple codes. Additionally, the first set of flowers that arrived were absolutely unacceptable. They looked like they were picked off of the side of the road and looked absolutely NOTHING like what I ordered. When I called, the employee was friendly and helpful, however, he said that the new bouquet would be upgraded to the larger size and from a different company. The new bouquet was defintely not upgraded, had a very low quality vase that looked nothing like the picture, and still had a hideous huge ribbon on it. I am extremely unsatisfied with this company.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
