Flowers were delivered the next day, even though I ordered around 12:30 pm or so. Florist did call me to apologize, but said they would upgrade my order. My best friend is in hospital, and was pleased an upgrade was offered. Spoke with my friend with leukemia this morning, and she thanked me for the beautiful flowers. The bouquet had roses and lilies, which I realize are more expensive than the arrangement I originally picked. My friend said the arrangement was beautiful, so I'm glad she was pleased.

I paid for same day delivery. I received a call stating that wasn't possible but I was given a "free upgrade"
The upgrade wasn't free it was a trade off for the same day delivery. I got an email saying I had a credit for 12.59 or something that would expire soon. If you want repeat business make the present instance a good experience. I will order again because of the company discount but I would take option B if it was offered.
The arrangement looked cheap. The announcement/sympathy card was of poor quality. I didn't get the ribbon which said from Brother and Sisters. Overall, my experience with your customer service rep was good.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
