I was very disappointed when my mother described the flowers she received for her birthday. It put her in an uncomfortable position having to tell me that they looked like they would be dead within 2 days. When I contacted Customer Service they said they would have a new arrangement sent out. I was also told I would get a credit for my shipping charges. My mother received a new arrangement and she is very pleased. I did not receive my credit for the shipping charges yet. I am hoping it will arrive soon. I would hope I would not have to reach out to the Customer Service Dept. again.
Like the price and arrangements as shown on the site, wish it was free shipping. I was not satisfied with the arrangement. It was for my pastor for appreciation. The arrangement did not look like the picture, that was on the site. I paid for the deluxe arrangement and it looked like the base arrangement. The arrangement was only some what full on one side. It was not full all the way around, as it looks in the photo. It was flat on the back. The flowers were not bright and vibrant as shown. There were no orange asiatic lilies in the arrangement at all. The purple/burgandy cushion poms were wilted. Just not satisfied with the entire order.
The flowers arrived in bad conditions.
I always order my flowers from this site and they always turn out perfect and show up on time.
I clicked on a NLT 12:30 delivery but it came around 1:30 or 2pm. Not too disappointed, nonetheless, the flowers looked nice with the exception of leaves. Lots of leaves on the rose stems and nothing else. Still it all together looked nice.

When purchasing the bouquet where the florist chooses the flowers it would be nice if there was a list of the types of flowers that might be used (by season).
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
