I haven't seen what will be delivered in person. But the buying process was clear enough. The flowers were very nice!
Shipping and handling costs are greater than other sites. You should tell people the cost of this upfront, not just at the end before you place the order. I feel that your site is misleading because of this.

The gift card was not included
There was trouble finding what I had ordered making it a day late. From you Flowers were very helpful with a substitute which arrived the next day. They went 'beyond' to be nice & courteous and followed through with phone calls to make sure that everything was okay. I would recommend From you Flowers for all of your floral needs. You will not be disappointed.

NICE FLOWERS. BUT FOR THE PRICE THEY WERE SMALLER THAN THE PICTURE. AND THE PRICE TOO HIGH.
Received 1 dozen roses in a vase. One flower was broke off the stem and another was dead. Not very happy!
The google ad I used to find this service was very misleading. I had invested too much time already or I would have ordered elsewhere. The flowers were nice but not spectator and delivered on time. In the future I will choose another service based on principle. This site really is no better value once all fee's are assessed especially if using widely available discounts to other sites.
