I loved the variety of flowers to pick from and they all look so fresh and beautiful! I sure hope this is how they look when they arrive to the recipient.
The picture on the website is extremely misleading from what was actually delivered. I ordered a "sympathy" dish garden expecting an arrangement of at least a small prayer lily, prayer plant, and a palm (in picture). The order arrived with sword plant and philodendron; nothing like the picture. My total bill was just about $50. A lot to pay for what was delivered. I could have put that together for under $10.
After I called customer service a 10% refund was applied to my credit card, but, only an apology from the florist, per the email I received from customer service. I feel the florist NOT fromyouflowers.com is responsible for the lack of quality, especially with a "sympathy" arrangement.

A good value escalated to high dollars only at checkout time with the addition of some kind of handling charge. That should be posted up front, not at checkout. Probably not doing business with your company again, not because of the cost, but the use of hidden cost till checkout.
14 handling is egregious, esp after i'm paying more to guarentee it's same day and the fee isn't mentioned until the end, which I feel is very unfair and tricky. The sunflowers didn't look that great and i had to call about getting a refund for the expedited delivery because my order wasn't sent in 4 hours, eventhough i paid extra for that guarentee.
So far everything looks good. However the product has not been delivered yet. I will check to be sure the order is the same as described and delivered satisfactorily.

The order was delivered a day before it was supposed to. It was for a birthday so would rather it have been delivered on the requested date, but not too huge of a deal. I contacted them and they responded within 20 min. And apologized and took care of me. I was very appreciative of their concern for the mishap. I understand things happen in business and the fact they were very professional and concerned about the mistake shows what a good company they are. I will definitely use them in the future and I have been and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
