The flowers I ordered were all purple. When they arrived NONE of them were purple, but all shades of red. Very upsetting not to receive what you paid for.

Ordering online was fast and efficient. The vendor had to contact me because there was a delivery issue that caused a one day delay. They handled the issue fairly quickly and were very pleasant about it. However, the flower arrangement did not look like the one in the picture on the website. Maybe this is common, but I was a little disappointed.

My order was to a dear friend that just lost her husband. The problem I had with the order was actually my own fault as I was not clear on the order. It was to be delivered via UPS in a box?I thought I had ordered from the florist to personally deliver, which is the Right Thing to do in such instances of a death. I don 't approve of a box with a vase and flowers on this kind of occasion. But, thankfully, they were there on time and she Loved the flowers. They were lovely and exactly what I thought they would be thankfully, but imagine if they had been going to the funeral home and not her home?! What a situation that would have been. I wish there had been a way to alert me since it was a Sympathy flower arrangement. But She love them and that is all that mattered in the end. I would use FromYouFlowers again since it was not their fault.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
