FYF has been a MAJOR blessing to/for me! They always send beautiful, high quality flowers, for a great price, to my friends and family all over the US (TX, OH, SD, NE). Everything from a local florist design (but cheaper through FYF), to Wild Rainbow Roses (that just blow the recipient's mind)! Thank you FYF!
Started sending candy baskets to my grandsons. This is the first floral arrangement I am sending. If it is anything like the quality of the baskets, I will be very pleased! 4-2-20 Received flowers today. The arrangement was advertised in a red vase, a clear one was received. There were only 3 roses, I thought there would be more. A little disappointed.

I am completely disappointed with this order. On your site, you showed an array of colors in the multicolored roses.
The roses I received were almost all red with only two of the dozen being a different color.
The case is made of cheap plastic.
These were for a birthday and I am THOROUGHLY embarrassed.

A terrible experience. You sent a discount code via email and I could not type it in. I called the tel number for customer service and SHE COULD NOT type it in. She had me delete and redo the order and it still could not be typed in. Your email enticed my order with a discount you kept me from using! FRAUD!

Ordering was easy, was very happy, until the flowers arrived, they were nothing like what was pictured. I was ashamed of what was recieved. I could have done a better job with flowers from Walmart and a vase. They were just terrible. It broke my heart to see what was recieved.
I was very pleased with placing the order so easily and it was for my mother's 90th birthday and resides in a nursing home. I was on the phone with her when she received it (since she is in NY and I am in VA) She was so happy and excited. While I realize I ordered it one day before-I thought it was a little high in price, but she prefers candy, etc., over flowers,she received it on her Birthday, and she was happy so that is all that counts. Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
