I accidentaly placed two identical orders, when I reached checkout there was no way to cancel one, and even when I started over both orders were in my shopping cart. The only way I found to correct the problem was to start over again on a different computer. Delivery was prompt and, according to the recipient, much appreciated and I found the price to be very reasonable.

I was very disappointed the Just Duckie order did not come in a duck container. That was the purpose of ordering the flowers I ordered. They were delivered in a glass vase a day late. My phone number was given in case there were any issues. I wanted a unique gift for my nephew and his wife to welcome their new baby girl. The duck was perfect. I was looking for something that could be used in the babies room once the flowers were disposed of. That was the entire theme of the order!

The free shipping was nice. Thank you for that! However, the flowers we very sparse and didn't look like what I thought I was ordering. Not even the same vase. I was very disappointed and it quite honestly ruined my day as I wanted my mom's birthday present to be nice. I could have bought the same thing at the grocery store for $5.

Received delivery confirmation when it was in fact not delivered. I immediately called that evening and was assured they were delivered. Since it was then after hours I was told you would contact the florist and let me know how this would be resolved as obviously nothing was delivered. I had to end up calling to find out what was going on. After an additional 24 hours the flowers were finally delivered. I paid way too much to have my floral arrangement a day late and VERY skimpy compared to the deluxe arrangement I ordered. In addition to having to babysit to figure out what on earth was going on I'm certainly not impressed like I was before.

I spoke to a representative at fromyouflowers and was told my flowers would be arriving in an hour. 6 hours later, the florist was closed and my flowers had not arrived. I did not find out until later that night, they had knocked on my door but I had not heard and they left my flowers with a neighbor. They left no note, no phone call, nothing. Luckily, my neighbor brought them to me that night. However, customer service could not tell me where my flowers were when I called at 6 pm. I felt that it was very unprofessional to not leave a note or some way to tell me where my flowers were.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
