We were very pleased with the quality and timely delivery of our order. The florist did an excellent job and should be commended. I also called the customer service department to confirm my order,, as it looked like a made an error, and she was very courteous and helpful. By the time we ended our conversation, she informed me that the order had already been delivered. Overall experience was excellent at a difficult time.
Very difficult to add a promo code. This was the second time that I used expedited shipping and the second time it did not happen. Unfortunately, the person was discharged from the hospital before they arrived and I had no home address Also, it was the second time the flowers did not arrive in the described container. The flowers are lovely, but don't expect the container to be purple if you pick a purple container, etc.
Very disappointing! The person who you delivered the flowers to did not get the card with our message on it. Therefore she had no idea who sent her the flowers. I do not know when she received the flowers and the balloon. I paid extra for the delivery to be made by noon the same day we ordered them. We are just happy she got the flowers, she said they are beautiful. She sent my wife an e-mail message asking her if we sent her the flowers. That's how she finally knew who sent them.
No big deal, stuff happens especially around the holidays. Have a very "Merry Christmas!"

So far my experience is fine,but my friend says too many steps
I ordered flowers for my mother. I paid for the deluxe, she received the small. I paid for expedited delivery, which is a four hour window after payment, they were delivered after seven hours. The flowers delivered we're not even close to the ones pictured. I know that they are allowed to substitute, but this arrangement was not even close. I will not purchase from them again. Even though I get a nice discount through my work. I would rather pay more and at least get what I paid for.

I don't really understand the $15 service/handling fee. My same day order that I was charged a fee for did not arrive until the next day. I may not use this service again because I placed my order by the same day deadline so it should be delivered on time!
I ordered the flowers on 12/11 for my niece's birthday 12/12. I know I asked for delivery on the 12th and that was on the review. How that got changed I don't know. I was very disappointed that she received it on 12/13.
When I contacted customer service, I requested that since it couldn't be delivered until the following day, please do it in the morning. It still did not arrive until after 3pm. I got no further info from customer service. I even told them to make it better add a perk. I guess they don't care about my business or my request.
My sister-in-law got the flowers the morning of her party.they were fresh and beautiful. They had them arranged in time to enjoy them with their guests. Who also admired them. Thanks for the great job!

It was fast and simple. I paid extra for same day delivery and was told that my order would be delivered the same day and it was not. That was the main reason I chose this site. The flowers were for my daughters birthday that day. I contacted customer service and they answered me right away. They apologized, sent the flowers the next day (I was expecting them to be delivered first thing since they were already late, but they were not delivered until the end of the day, I was disappointed) with an apology note. I was also refunded the delivery charge. The flowers were supposed to be upgraded, my daughter sent a picture, they did not look upgraded, again I was disappointed. If the flowers were delivered when promised and the upgrade was noticeable, I would definitely use again, but because my expectations were not met your service does not stand above the rest so there is nothing to draw me into being excited to use your services again. You are just another company that makes promises they can not keep.
Its great that they offer same day delivery but it was supposed to arrive by 6pm and arrived closer t0 9pm after the regular $14.99 delivery fee plus an additional $2.99 for same day service
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
