I paid extra to have flowers delivered before noon and they did not arrive. It was around 230 and I called customer service and they tried to help but said they couldn't refund the extra that I paid to get it to hospital before mom was discharged. She went home without flowers. I was contacted and told that delivery could not be sent to mothers home. They sent it the next day. I would be fine if they would do what they should and at least refund the fee I paid for urgent delivery.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
