I placed order # ******* on 12/17 and #******* on 12/18. In checking my email today, I found 5 offers of a $12.34 credit. One on 12/17,3 on 12/18 and one on 12/19. If you really want to give your money away, how about applying that credit retroactively to order #*******? CWJ

I paid extra to have flowers delivered before noon and they did not arrive. It was around 230 and I called customer service and they tried to help but said they couldn't refund the extra that I paid to get it to hospital before mom was discharged. She went home without flowers. I was contacted and told that delivery could not be sent to mothers home. They sent it the next day. I would be fine if they would do what they should and at least refund the fee I paid for urgent delivery.
