I wanted to order flowers to be delivered the same day - Saturday - and they advertise same day delivery provided you order before 3 PM in the time zone where the flowers are to be delivered. My call was at 2 PM and my order would have been for Brooklyn Heights but they couldn't deliver until MONDAY. I told them this was not an order for some out of the way town in Nebraska and they ought be to able to live up to their word in the largest city in the U.S. but they told me all their florists in Brooklyn had stopped accepting orders. Well, guess what, I was able to find a florist in Brooklyn that would accept my order. Not a very good network of florists, clearly and no apologies for not living up to their word.

Didn't get my order out on time as promised
The flowers were pretty but the description said sunflowers would be in the arrangement. Sunflowers were not in the actual arrangement, yellow gerbera daisies were. This is very disappointing as the recipients favorite flowers are sunflowers and that's why I picked the arrangement I did.
I'm not only impressed with the the product but also with the amazing service. I had bad experiences with other company and I can vouch for your excellence. You are a keeper. Keep doing a great job. Happy New Year.

QUICK FAST EASY TO NAVIGATE
Was promised delivery by noon and pd 4.95 extra for tha, but that didn't happen.
Best price in town! Also beautiful flowers! Flowers were received on time and my cousin was very happy with the flowers. She said that they were very beautiful and took them home with her after the service was over. Thank you very much and I will buy only from you. Very very satisfied with your company!
